Dynamic form

This component generates text input fields dynamically as required. It is a web component that contains text fields to receive inputs from a user, and also contains submit button. The data and the appearance of the fields to be displayed are customizable. Use cases for this component include "Contact Us Forms", "Queries", etc. where a specific input is taken from the users.
